Shipping policy

All items are shipped via USPS Ground advantage package via USPS with delivery confirmation. (Tracking). Your shipping will be calculated at checkout 

Your package with ship out: Ready made 1-3 business days and handmade items please allow up to 4-5 business days for creations

Please feel free to reach out @ email pinkecloth@gmail.com if you have not received a confirmation of tracking within that time frame so we can take a look at whats going on  There is an option to add insurance to your package just incase something something happens with delivery  (please contact me if you need further help)

Tracking is provided so you can track your package and acknowledge when your item will be delivered to you.

Please be sure to check that your address is correct on shipping page. Items returned back to sender buyer is responsible for reshipping back to them 

 INTERNATIONAL shipping: Please be sure to track your packages and sometimes items may be stuck at customs and that is not under our control. Please reach out to your customs for more info about your package. Also reach out to us also so we can assist you alsol
